Say hello to Canyon from our "desert" litter!

 This little bean was spotted living in a crazy network of tunnels in a dried-up canal in Los Banos. With dozens of tunnels made by gophers and ground squirrels, Canyon and his litter were quite the challenge to rescue! But he, along with three of his siblings - Mojave, Little Sandy, and Dunebuggy, was safely secured and has been growing up in foster care.

Momma's boy to the max, Canyon was the last one to wean from mom and spent his first few weeks in foster care following her around. Taru is a quiet and gentle soul but still has plenty of kitten energy!

Canyon is a young kitten and his personality is still developing. We can't say for sure exactly how this little bean will behave once he is all growed up, but so far he is the "strong silent" type who can play a little hard to get - but winning his trust will reward you with a sweetie-pie.
